→ Konditorei Hofer is a traditional cake & coffee shop in South Tyrol. With the summer coming, it was time to bring that sweet iced cream feeling out. Designed while working at Studio Mut.

Eis-Marillen Knödel is the ice cream version of the Marillen Knödel, small dumplings formed from dough made here of ice cream, in which apricots or mirabelle plums are placed. Usually covered in crispily fried breadcrumbs and powdered sugar, the streusel is here made of a nut and sugar mixture.
